Before joining LevelUP Consulting Partners, Wills was an Associate Partner at a global strategy, risk management, and compliance consulting firm. He has been responsible for developing solutions to help clients comply with Data Privacy laws and industry best practices, including, but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and Barbados Data Protection Act (BDPA)
He has a proven record of supporting complex multi-national organizations, engaging stakeholders from IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, and Marketing in successfully implementing pragmatic and risk-based global privacy compliance programs. In this role, Wills has worked with clients across various industries, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, financial services, technology, digital currencies, and others.
Wills believes that organizations should view data privacy as an opportunity. He seeks to help organizations by establishing practical, proactive solutions that align with regulatory best practices, enhancing efficiency. He has helped many organizations maximize the value of data while protecting an individual’s rights and maintaining consumer trust.
Wills is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, holding his CIPP/E, CIPP/US. CIPT and CIPM from the IAPP. Wills has also served on the Board of Advisors for the International Privacy & Security Forum.
